## Fields

- Name: input `name="name"`, id `cf-name`; required, maximum 120 characters.
- Phone: input `name="phone"`, id `cf-phone`; required, 5–40 characters.
- Email: input `name="email"`, id `cf-email`; required, valid email, maximum 160 characters.
- How can we help you?: textarea `name="message"`, id `cf-message`; optional, maximum 4000 characters.

## Browser assistant tools

When supported by the assistant's browser, tools are available on the homepage:

- `get_estimate_request_form`: Read the form location, field requirements, preparation tool and visitor confirmation requirements.
- `prepare_estimate_request`: Supply name, phone, email and optionally message to fill the visible form and bring it into view. This does not send a request.
- `get_estimate_request_status`: Read the current request status without returning personal information.

Browsers without these tools can locate and fill the standard labelled HTML form. Use only information supplied or approved by the visitor; never invent contact details.

## Visitor confirmation

After preparing the form, ask the visitor to review the visible fields and personally click "Request Free Estimate". Assistants must not click submit, invoke programmatic submission, or call an email endpoint. Preparation is not authorization to send or a confirmed appointment.

The existing submit button sends the request to Polis Plumbing. Wait for the on-page success or error message. While "Sending…" is shown or the form is busy, do not submit again. A successful request is not a booking confirmation. On failure the entered information remains available for visitor review and retry.
